Licence

To use the RESY symbol on packaging that you introduce to the market you first have to conclude a contract to use the symbol.

When you have concluded the contract you will be issued with a unique identification number that must always be applied to the packaging in combination with the RESY symbol.

Disposal

The RESY licence fee is generally calculated on the quantity of recyclable transport and outer packaging made of paper and cardboard which was sold into the German market in the previous year. Disposal costs - i.e. expenses for collection and transport of the used packaging are not included in this amount.

This regulation applies to all domestic and foreign users of the trademark.
