• Where can I dispose packaging bearing the RESY symbol?

  Reclay Systems GmbH and its members have agreed to dispose all packaging bearing the RESY symbol.

• Is the disposal of used packaging materials free of charge?

  No. Depending on the market situation you will have to pay for disposal (also packaging bearing the RESY symbol). If the customer pays for disposal in advance, these costs can be passed on to the supplier. However, this passing on of costs is often waived on the customer's side, as revenue for used paper (this is a common occurrence) are also not credited to the supplier.

• Is there a list of all RESY licensees?

  No. RESY GmbH is contractually obliged to treat all information provided in connection with the RESY agreement as confidential. If you would like to know which manufacturer is behind a particular identification number, please send us a written request which we will gladly forward to the respective manufacturer.

• What is the difference between RESY and the "Green Dot"?

  The RESY symbol may only be applied to transport and outer packaging made of paper and cardboard. These packagings are disposed of privately by the collection points (unpackers) at their own expense.

  The Green Dot may only be used on sales packaging that the private end consumer can dispose of free of charge at public collection points (waste paper containers, waste glass containers, yellow bin/bag).
